Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SajuLens (the "Service", website: www.sajulens.com) and its users.
Article 2 (Scope of the Service)
The Service provides:
- Saju (Four Pillars) computation grounded in classical theory
- AI-assisted Saju analysis and fortune readings
- Five Elements analysis, major and yearly luck cycles, and related context
- Educational guide content for Saju beginners
Specific service features may change as needed. Material changes will be announced within the Service.
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
Saju readings provided by the Service are reference information based on classical theory and AI assistance, and are not scientifically verified facts.
The Service makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the readings, and is not responsible for decisions you make based on them.
For consequential life decisions, please consult qualified professionals.
Article 4 (Paid features · Payment · Refunds)
Core analysis is free. Some features — the detailed Saju reading, compatibility, tarot and MBTI reports, naming reports, course passes, credit packs and AI counseling — require payment, processed safely through external processors such as Stripe.
- Payment policyPricing and policies follow what is shown on the checkout screen. Card and similar sensitive payment details are handled directly by the processor (Stripe); the Service does not store them. Receipts are emailed automatically by Stripe to the address you provide at checkout.
- How long purchased content stays availableThe detailed Saju reading is available for 30 days from the payment date, and if the month changes during that time its timing sections (this month and this year) are updated. If you paid while signed in, you can keep viewing the reading as it was at purchase in your account’s purchase history after those 30 days. Compatibility, tarot and MBTI reports paid while signed in are kept in your account and remain viewable until you delete your account. Content paid without signing in opens only in the browser used to pay (30 days for the detailed Saju reading, 1 year for compatibility, tarot and MBTI reports) and cannot be reopened once that browser’s cookies are cleared, so sign in before then to link it to your account. Naming reports and course passes are viewable for 1 year from the day you receive or buy them, as shown on each screen. Content kept in your account is deleted when you delete your account.
- Withdrawal limit (digital content)Paid content (unlocks of the detailed Saju reading and compatibility, tarot and MBTI reports, AI counseling answers, etc.) is digital content that is generated and consumed immediately upon purchase. Under Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the right of withdrawal is limited from the moment payment completes. We disclose this on the checkout screen, and proceeding to pay is treated as agreement.
- Credit pack refunds (no refund once used)A credit pack becomes non-refundable once any credit from it has been used. Refunds may be requested only for packs with no credits used, and approved refunds reclaim the pack's credits. This is disclosed in the shop and on the checkout screen. Remaining credits are forfeited when you delete your account, and no refund can be requested afterward — request any refund before deleting. The deletion screen discloses this together with your remaining balance.
- Exceptional refundsRefunds are issued only when content was not delivered due to a system failure or other issue attributable to the Service, or when the same content was charged twice with the same payment method. To request a refund, email eternaxcode@gmail.com with a copy of the receipt and a description of the issue.
- Refund processingApproved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and may take 5–10 business days based on Stripe policy.
- DisputesYou may also escalate payment disputes through Stripe's chargeback procedure or relevant agencies such as the Korea Consumer Agency or the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee.
Article 5 (Intellectual property)
All intellectual property in the design, code, and content of the Service belongs to the Service provider. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may freely use Saju readings generated for you for personal purposes, but redistributing them for commercial purposes is prohibited.
The 78-card collector's deck package (card PDFs, guidebook, certificate of quality) is provided solely for the purchasing account's personal collection and personal printing. Commercial use — including resale, redistribution, or use in paid classes or consulting — requires a prior written license. Unauthorized commercial use is subject to liquidated damages of KRW 3,000,000 per violation, and any actual damages exceeding that amount may be claimed separately. For commercial licensing, contact eternaxcode@gmail.com — we're happy to offer reasonable terms.
Article 6 (Restrictions on use)
The Service may restrict your use of the Service in cases such as:
- Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
- Excessive access or scraping using automated tools
- Other violations of applicable law or these Terms
Article 7 (Changes to these Terms)
These Terms may change due to changes in law or operational needs. Material changes will be announced within the Service, and updated Terms take effect upon posting.
Article 8 (Governing law)
These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
