01服務利用

Using the service

Is SajuLens free?
Yes — the core Saju analysis (chart, Five Elements distribution, Ten Gods, pattern, favorable element, major luck cycles, and more) is completely free. Some optional features such as AI counseling are paid add-ons that fund the service.
What if I do not know my birth time?
You can still get a reading. On the time step, choose "Unknown" and we run the analysis on the Year, Month, and Day pillars only. The Hour Pillar adds depth around topics like later-life and family-line outlooks, so it is worth asking a parent or checking a birth record if you can.
Solar or lunar — which should I pick?
Pick whichever your records use. Korean ID cards typically show the solar (Gregorian) date; older family members sometimes remember the lunar date instead. Either way, the system converts internally and produces the same chart — just enter the date you actually know.
How does the compatibility analysis work?
It compares two charts and looks at Five Elements harmony, Day Master interaction, favorable-element complement, and more. From the home page or top menu, choose "Compatibility" and enter both birth dates and genders. Works for romantic partners, spouses, business partners, and other relationships.
Are my readings saved?
You see results immediately in your browser, but they are not stored on our servers. To keep a reading, screenshot or save the page as PDF. For privacy, the birth data you enter is discarded as soon as the analysis is generated.

02命理學基礎

Saju basics

How is Saju different from generic horoscopes?
Saju (四柱, Four Pillars) analyzes the structure of your innate 命 ("life") through the Year, Month, Day, and Hour pillars of your birth. Generic horoscopes lean on a single zodiac or sun sign — much simpler. Because Saju starts from your specific eight characters, the result is far more precise and personal.
What are the Five Elements?
The Five Elements (五行) are the basic energies that compose all natural phenomena: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water. They flow into each other (productive cycle) and restrain each other (controlling cycle). Reading the balance and flow of these five is the heart of Saju. The guide pages explain each element in more depth.
Do people with the same chart share the same fate?
They share the same chart, but not the same life. Saju shows innate tendencies — environment, education, effort, and choice all shape what actually happens. The same seed grows differently depending on the soil and the gardener.
Is it bad to consult Saju often?
No, frequency itself is harmless. The pitfall is over-reliance — letting a reading make every decision for you. Use it as a self-understanding tool and pair it with grounded judgment for important calls.
How accurate is SajuLens?
The chart computation is based on the Manse calendar — astronomical data — so the chart itself is highly accurate. The interpretation can vary across schools of Saju thought; treat the AI reading as a thoughtful starting point, and pair it with a professional consultation for major decisions.

Reading your result

What is the favorable element (用神)?
The favorable element is the energy your chart most needs. Just as different bodies need different nutrients, Saju identifies what specific element brings your chart into balance. Knowing it helps you choose favorable directions, colors, careers, and timing.
My major luck cycle (大運) looks rough — what now?
A "rough" major cycle (one carrying an unfavorable element) does not mean disaster. It often points to a season of inner growth and skill-building. Lean into activities, colors, and directions tied to your favorable element to soften the unfavorable current.
What is a Saju "pattern" (格局)?
The pattern is the structural type of your chart, anchored on the Month Branch. Examples: Direct Officer (正官格), Eating God (食神格), Indirect Wealth (偏財格). The pattern outlines your big-picture direction, personality structure, and the fields where you tend to thrive. Our reading explains the pattern in plain language.
What do the Ten Gods mean?
The Ten Gods (十神) describe how each character in your chart relates to your Day Master (you). They map onto life themes: peers and rivalry, expression and creation, wealth, career and authority, learning and protection. The distribution shows your personality, vocational fit, and relationship patterns.

How does AI Saju analysis work technically?
Two steps. First, we compute the four pillars precisely from a Manse-calendar database. Then AI interprets the configuration through traditional Saju theory (Five Elements, Ten Gods, pattern, favorable element). The output is a flowing, contextual reading rather than a checklist of keywords.
I can just ask ChatGPT for my Saju — how is SajuLens different?
General-purpose AI chatbots aren’t built to reliably run the astronomical calculations a Saju chart needs — solar-term correction, lunar/solar conversion — so the chart itself can come out wrong or inconsistent. SajuLens computes your chart first from a Manse-calendar database, then layers AI interpretation on top, so the calculation stays accurate and consistent. You can also save your reading and connect it with compatibility and tarot, which a one-off chatbot answer doesn’t offer.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes — privacy is a first-class concern. Your birth data is used only for the analysis and discarded immediately after. No sign-up means we do not collect names or emails either. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — the site is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. No app install needed; just open it in any modern mobile browser. You can also "Add to Home Screen" for an app-like experience.
What data goes into the analysis?
The chart calculation uses an astronomical-data-backed Manse calendar with solar-term correction for accurate Month pillars. The AI reading is grounded in classical Saju literature and a wide set of interpretive examples. Your personal data is never used outside the analysis itself.
